Riding out a nasty nasty flare. The rare kind for me that feels like it will never go away and I’ll die any second. I hate these kind. No matter how long I deal with this this kind of flare always surprises me and catches me off guard and I experience the same emotions every single time. Fear. Despondency. Anger. Repeat. I know it will pass but like I said, the same emotions. Mentally exhausting.
