I test baked this cake to add it as a menu item for the bakery. It turned out lovely. Fresh bananas are layered a top a moist banana cake and the vegan decadent frosting tops it all off. I found the recipe over at Sweetest Kitchen and then converted it to gluten and dairy free but otherwise changed very little. This a simple and delicious cake recipe, perfect with a cup of hot coffee.
