Closing shop

Howdy Folks,

I have made the painful yet necessary decision to pack up shop and relocate back to New York to be with my family. The decision hasn’t been easy but given the current state of my health and a few other factors, it is the best decision at this time. I’m a little sad since the gluten free chef was just getting started; but if I have learned anything over the last two years this journey called life is full of unexpected surprises and when one door closes another more awesome one almost always opens with bigger and sometimes better surprises behind it.

I will continue to take orders through the rest of this month. However, May will be my last month here in Nashville. The support that I have received from the East Nashville community over the past few months has been amazing and humbling. It was more than I could have ever planned or imagined and for that I am truly grateful. Of course, I will continue to blog and bake gluten and dairy free since for me, it is a way of life. This isn’t a goodbye but more of a see you later.
