Yay to Janice Malone for featuring the gluten free chef in an article with the Tennessee Tribune! In this weekend’s Entertainment section, this blog (as well as my Living with Fibro Blog) are highlighted bringing awareness to two things close to my heart: Celiac disease and Fibromyalgia. Two different but somewhat related illnesses that have dramatically changed my life and the lives of many others not only in Nashville but across the nation.
I am so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful business owners and patrons in my short tenure as a home based bakery. Even though I will soon be gone, my heart will forever remain in East Nashville and the gluten free chef will live on.
