One of my readers wanted me to post the recipe for crispy tofu. It is so simple and easy, I was hard pressed to actually even consider it a recipe. When I became vegetarian, I wasn’t immediately drawn to tofu. In reality it is flavorless and bland. I like it, but I can see how for some it is an acquired taste. I know some people who don’t like its texture. I prefer to eat mine seasoned and fried giving it a nice crisp and crunch. I have eaten it cold in salads and in hot and sour soup, but fried is really my favorite. .
