1 pack lean ground turkey
1/4 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 gluten free bread crumbs or crushed Rice chex cereal
1/2 cup shredded fresh Romano cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped scallion and Parsley
To Taste: cracked black pepper, sea salt, onion and garlic powder to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Mix with hands, and form into 3-4 inch balls.
3. Add meatballs to medium skillet that has two to three cups of simmering tomato sauce or vegetable broth.
4. Cook meatballs on low until meatballs are no longer pink inside.
