1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
To taste: sea salt & cracked black pepper
1. Wash and quarter tomatoes; then add to a small bowl.
2. In a small mixing bowl combine olive oil, vinegar and brown sugar. Pour over tomatoes.
3. Toss tomatoes in dressing and add salt and black pepper to taste.
