I made up this vegan Swiss Chard Pesto in a flash and it turned out to be a hit. I could not not share this wonderful pesto with you. If you don’t happen to have swiss chard growing in your garden, substitute any green you have on hand. Pesto is no fuss and easy just don’t forget to share 🙂

Swiss Chard Pesto
1 + 1/2 cups fresh swiss chard leaves
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp olive oil
dash of cracked black pepper
2 pinches of salt
1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until smooth. Be sure not to over process you want some texture to your pesto.
