The idea for this Buffalo Wing Style Cauliflower Pizza was born earlier in the year around super bowl time. The super bowl is always the perfect time to splurge so I went all out as they say with my meat-less take on the classic buffalo wing pizza. Unfortunately, fibro threw a wrench in my plans that weekend and I ended up bedridden succumbing to a terrible flareup. I never got a chance to make it until now. This is the perfect guilty pleasure for a weekend splurge as it is quick and easy to assemble and uses Udi’s always amazing ready to bake pizza crusts. Check out the recipe below!
