The month of September has come and gone, fall is here, and the countdown to winter has began. We will soon fall back and watch our hours of daylight diminish. Fall can be a magical time of year. With apple picking, hot cider, raking leaves, and crackling fires fall is synonymous with change and transformation. I guess I’ve finally let go of my summer and almost embraced fall. What is your favorite fall activity? I hope cooking is on the list since I have plenty of hot, spicy, hearty, and curry filled meal ideas to keep you warm and toasty.
Happy Fall,
