Gluten free menu plan: October 6-12, 2013

octoberFall continues to envelope the land and Upstate New York has been blessed with an Indian summer as temps continue to touch 80 degrees for the second straight week. You know I’m not complaining one bit. Sunshine, blue skies, and golden leaves make for a beautiful start to October. Curry, soups, super grains and apples make up this week’s menu plan. Deep down I really do love fall with all the sugar, spice and all things nice; just as long as the sun stays and the cold stays away.

Have an awesome week!
