Leave it to the Minimalist Baker to get me to make my very first pumpkin inspired recipe of the season. I know I’m very late to the game but pumpkin flavored treats are just not my fave. But after weeks of tastespotting and food gawking pumpkin this and pumpkin that I’ve sort of given in. What a way to give in with this Fresh Pumpkin Pasta. I had mine tossed with this simple pesto. I’m no stranger to the additional effort required to make homemade pasta and this recipe is a no exception.
