Gluten free menu plan: December 15-22, 2013

first-snowfallThe snow’s coming down. I’m watching it fall. I can’t say I’m all that happy about it or this bitter harsh cold. And to think this is just the beginning 🙁 I’ve got plenty of hearty yet simple veggie based soup recipes as well as a few fan favorites.  Dishes aimed to keep you and I warm, toasty, and well fed all week. What’s your favorite dish to warm up to on a cold winter’s night? Let me know in the comments.

Stay Warm!
