Now that 2013 is behind us it’s time to settle into January and the new year. With December still fresh in mind I thought I’d share my experience in using Wegmans brand Chocolate Cake Mix for a get together I had back in December. I’m already over the moon with Wegman’s gluten free products and their chocolate cake mix is no different. I whipped up a batch of moist and fluffy Chocolate Cupcakes w/ Cream Cheese Frosting. Of course no one could tell these babies were gluten free and they were a huge hit. Having tried many name brand gluten free mixes I can honestly say Wegmans is one of the best bar none.
Leave it to Wegmans to continue giving me their very best| even gluten free.

It is actually a reason to never move from my home town. Living in Rochester we are bless by a supermarket that “gets it”. No they are not perfect but they do try darn hard to be their best!!!!
