What I baked today: Baked Cider Donuts

Baked Cider Donuts II’ve had these delicious Baked Cider Donuts on my recipe hit list for awhile now. Tastespotted over on Taste Love and Nourish I knew these babies would be amazing at first glance.  Easily converted gluten free these cake donuts are light and fluffy on the outside with a slightly crunchy exterior. I used my homemade slow cooker apple cider in the recipe and the apple flavor is prominent throughout. The icing on these cake donuts is the cinnamon sugar that they are rolled in after leaving the oven. I mean how wrong can you go when you coat anything in cinnamon and sugar. Not wrong at all. Get into the recipe and whip up your own batch as soon as possible!
