Grain-Free White Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies (REPOST)

I’ve been test baking and tastespotting a ton of grain-free cookies lately and wanted to re-share an updated version of a batch I originally shared back in 2013.  These White Chocolate Chip Double Chocolate Chip Brownie Cookies eschew grains altogether and have been and improved with the addition of white chocolate chips,  walnuts and even cranberries nin one batch. These cookies are foolproof.
