I wasn’t kidding when I told you I whipped up all kinds of A+mazing gluten free meals using my Udi’s gift basket of products. I am up to my ears in basil and tomatoes from my garden so this meal was a no brainer.
It was the perfect post water aerobics dinner. Simple, quick, and delicious. I’ve already shared an awesome pesto recipe from Dishing up the Dirt so all you need are your Udi’s pizza crusts, one green tomato, and romano cheese if you like and your pizza will be ready in 30 minutes or less.
