Gluten Free Menu Plan| July 20-24, 2015

Happy Belated National Ice Cream Day! Hopefully you got your free or reduced price cool treat yesterday. If not, be sure to have a big bowl of ice cream for dinner one day this week. That’s what summer is all about right? Indulgence and adventure…Hopefully, adventures are what you are having so far this summer. So much to do with so little time is how I feel. But enough talk about fall. Check out this week’s menu plan. It’s full of simple, quick, and flavorful summer salads and meal ideas. Recipes designed to keep your kitchen time minimal so you can enjoy a maximum amount of adventure all week long. What’s your adventure? Let me know in the comment section.
