Happy Tuesday celiac warriors! It’s been a long while since I’ve posted a recipe and I am oh so sorry. My life is full of many many amazing things that have kept me super busy. I can’t wait to share everything with you. While you wait, here’s a super simple and super nutritious berrytastic protein smoothie.
Blueberry Banana Protein Smoothie
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon raw peanut butter
1 cup halved strawberries, frozen
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, frozen and chopped into 6 pieces
- Add all ingredients into a blender in the order listed and process until smooth
- Add more liquid if needed to blend. Transfer to a serving glass with ice. Serve immediately.
