I wasn’t kidding when I told you I whipped up all kinds of A+mazing gluten free meals using my Udi’s gift basket of products. I am up to my ears in basil and tomatoes from my garden so this meal was a no brainer. It was the perfect post water aerobics dinner. Simple, quick, and delicious.
