It is with great pleasure that I feature Sabrina Devos and her now annual Celiac Strong Camp 2015. Last year’s camp was a roaring success so it’s no surprise that Sabrina and her team have decided to hold year two of this amazing camp.

All About Sabrina
Sabrina started Girl Scouts in 2002 when she was in Kindergarten. Diagnosed with celiac at six years old her first gluten free camp experience was when she was eight years old at a camp in Rhode Island which is about eight hours away from home. She loved the experience so much that she decided as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award project she would create a similar camp experience to the Western NY region. Camp Celiac Strong was born and held for the first time ever last summer.
