After much deliberation and prodding from a few readers I have decided to add a weekly menu plan feature to the blog. It seems like such a daunting task to come up with delicious, simple, and family friendly recipes each and every week; especially since I am single and eat a pretty restricted and (in my opinion) fairly simple diet. I rarely ever eat traditional breakfasts or consume traditional breakfast food for that matter. But I follow quite a few blogs who have this feature specifically Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures and I do enjoy having weekly menu ideas. So, take these as ideas or additions to your current menu.
As my blog grows and I dedicate more time to food photography so will these menus. I now live with four other people so on occasion you may see items that deviate from my gluten, dairy, and meat free motif. That’s the joy of food and eating, a diverse array of options to suite various tastes. They may not necessarily always represent food that I personally eat, but I would like to keep you, my audience in mind as I create these menus each week. I am here because of my readers and I do appreciate each and every one of you. So here it is. My first menu plan. This week’s menu is fairly simple. It will take me some time to grow my menu database as well as photograph and record the dishes and foods that I eat. I started this blog as a way for me to share my gluten free adventures with the world, I never imagined what or how much it would grow in a such relatively short amount of time. I appreciate all my readers and hope this feature is helpful.
