This yummy non-milkshake is so creamy and delicious you would never know it was dairy free. Visit Baked by Rachel to see the post that served as my inspiration for this shake.
Juice of 1 medium orange
1/2 teaspoon orange extract (optional)
zest of 1 orange, grate orange before juicing it
1/2 cup plain almond milk
5-6 scoops of homemade or bought lemon sorbet
1 cup plain almond or other dairy free yogurt
1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If shake is too thin add more sorbet. To increase the orange flavor add 1/2 teaspoon of orange extract.
