Check out their A+mazing recipe below as well as three other recipes using Vanilla Chex cereal.

Vanilla Chex Muddy Buddies courtesy of Today’s Mama

1 cup dairy/gluten free chocolate chips
1/4 cup earth balance
1 teaspoon pure vanilla
9 cups Vanilla Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

In a large microwave-safe bowl, add white chocolate chips and butter and cook for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir. Repeat for in 30-second increments or until smooth.  Stir in vanilla.  Add in cereal and toss to coat.  Pour mixture into extra-large zip-top bag.  Add powdered sugar and shake until coated. Spread mixture on waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Makes 18, 1/2-cup servings. Recipe adapted from General Mills.

  1. Interesting take on them. We always called them puppy chow because they look like puppy food. I made them using Corn Chex and substituted Almond Butter for Peanut butter. I have also used other things like Cashew Butter and Sunflower Butter.
