Day II of my week long celebration of smoothies. This PB&J Berry Smoothie is so wonderful I’m re-posting the recipe again. It tastes so good you would swear you’re drinking a yummy pb&j sandwich through your straw.
PB&J Berry Smoothie
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3 tablespoons gluten free rolled oats
1 tbsp peanut butter
5 to 6 drops liquid stevia or sweetener of your choice (NuNaturals Vanilla)
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana, frozen and chopped into six pieces
1. Place all the ingredients in the blender in the order listed and puree until smooth.
