Summer is officially here and if our 90+ degree weather is any indication it is here to stay! But I’m not complaining. I live for the sun and we have had it in abundance all week. Keeping cool, hydrated, and sweat free is what the dog days of the summer are all about. This week’s menu reflects the cool, low key, and easy going mantra that I have adopted for the summer.
