Here’s another gem I baked from The Celiac Cookbook: Chocolate Pound Cake made with sorghum flour. One word to describe it: Wonderful! At least that’s what the critics told me since I baked it for a luncheon and could not taste test. I can always tell the beauty of my cakes by the way they rise and bake. I can’t pretend as ifThe Celiac Cookbook is not now my unofficial gluten-free bible. And no I’m not being paid or rewarded in anyway to say that. It’s really that awesome if you couldn’t tell already by my glowing review.
